Built Snowflake's first AI-powered customer campaign from scratch. Partnered with data science and product to develop a graph neural network model predicting which platform features accounts will adopt next — then built the campaigns, KPIs, and dashboards to act on it at scale. Now global.
Conceived and produced integrated, multi-channel brand campaigns across 64 brands in 24 U.S. markets — video, digital, print, and experiential. Built trusted relationships with global marketing partners, earning executive buy-in to feature their stories across markets and platforms. Partnered with national video and photo producers to execute high-production campaigns, ensuring brand voice stayed consistent across formats, creative teams, and audiences. Highest-performing marketer in the organization.
Built and scaled enterprise ABM programs across prospect and customer accounts — combining data-driven account selection with 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many campaigns to grow coverage in net-new and expansion accounts.
